Delete your account
Option 1: from inside the app (immediate, recommended)
- Open Fries Map
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap the settings gear in the top right
- Tap Delete account and confirm
Your account and its data are deleted right away.
Option 2: by email
If you have already removed the app and can no longer sign in, email us from your registered address.
We will verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account (credentials and profile)
- Reviews, comments and ratings you posted
- Photos you uploaded
- Collections (My Best 5, wishlist, Potato Dex, follows)
- Your push notification token
What remains
The venues (spots) you were first to add stay on the map, because other people's reviews are attached to them as shared data. They are de-identified, so they can no longer be linked to you.
